 1. Add Tor (stable) repository. According to
 https://www.torproject.org/docs/debian-vidalia.html.en.

 2. sudo apt-get install tor vidalia deb.torproject.org-keyring

 Tor will be automatically started. Then start Vidalia manually. Will fail.

 Imho it's really tricky to make it work and I haven't found documentation
 regarding that use case. There are only related posts
 http://www.noobrescue.com/blog/vidalia-detected-that-the-tor-software-
 exited-unexpectedly.
