 Orbot icon is not in toolbar even though connected to the Tor network and
 Always-On Notifications is selected in the settings. I killed the Orbot
 application in the Android GUI and started it again by clicking on its
 icon but did not click the start button. The version is
 0.2.3.15-ALPHA-1.0.8-RC3.
