 True, but let's not be too eager to go that route -- right now you *can't*
 usefully run an authority on 0.2.2, since you won't support the consensus
 method that the threshold of authorities pick. I don't want to make it so
 you can't usefully run an authority on 0.2.3 either, at least not quite
 yet.
