 I've been using the [https://shadow.cs.umn.edu/plugins/ small size
 network] (found in
 [https://github.com/shadow/scallion/tree/master/resource
 scallion/resource]). I've found this generally runs in about 10 GiB of
 RAM. You can run this on a m1.xlarge or m2.xlarge EC2 instance as
 described [https://shadow.cs.umn.edu/cloud/ here].
