Comment:

 I think using a tor-next repository is a sane idea. My current thoughts
 are that you and arma have push access including rewriting history, it
 doesn't email out notifications on new commits (because that would get
 really confusing). Got an idea for a good description? If so, let me know
 and I'll make the repo.
