 View -> Toolbars -> Bookmarks Toolbar is not enabled by default. I don't
 think it's on purpose, since you added a few custom bookmarks yourself to
 that list.

 It contains the pre-configured bookmarks, Most Visited, Learn more about
 Tor, The Tor Blog, which is a good thing, to educate users.

 But if it's not shown by default, it goes unnoticed. Please enable.
