 Finally there's a new version of the unstable Tor available for download.
 I've installed it and UPnP appears to be working fine (on Windows 8),
 there may have been changes since the last time I used it (0.2.3.12), I'm
 not sure.

 I'm going to leave this ticket open for now incase this is a premature
 celebration.
