 I wrote a setup guide for building TBB's on Windows, which I let Erinn
 know about.

 I also asked Erinn if it needs to build other bundles as well, which
 requires extra setup.
 Did not get that one answered, so I'll re-ask in another mail.

 I'm not sure how Erinn wants this set-up. I think it's best if we keep
 them both side-by-side until the new one is fully configured to build all
 bundles, by any given user.
