 We can't use

 because data contains annotations. I've already mentioned this to atagar
 on IRC and he said he'd add a convenience method to make it easier/nicer.

 address might have belonged to a different country or AS a year ago.  What
 we should do is use different databases depending on the valid-after time
 of the consensus we're evaluating.

 Yikes, keeping multiple GeoIP dbs sounds like a PITA.
