 I'm using gsathya's hack to include stem for now.  I'm fine to use
 whatever solution you come up with as long as it doesn't involve
 duplicating code.  Well, if we can avoid installing things, that'd be
 good, too.  Is there an equivalent to .jar files in Python?  Anyway,
 that's a more general discussion for deploying stem, so this is probably
 the wrong place for that discussion.

 Thanks for the fix in c87685d.  Looks good.

 I rebased your branch and threw out the commit that added stem.  I also
 made a few more fixes, mostly because we don't have a good code review
 tool and because I wanted to run the script today, rather than do another
 review round.  I pushed the fixes to my
 [https://gitweb.torproject.org/karsten/metrics-
 tasks.git/shortlog/refs/heads/gsathya_master public repo, branch
 gsathya_master].  Can you check if you like them before I push to the
