Comment:

 http://petsymposium.org/2012/papers/hotpets12-1-usability.pdf lists
 startup/launch time as the #1 "stop point" where people had
 problems/confusion while using TBB. They also think we should have a
 dialog of some sort until the browser is actually usable. Probably not the
 worst idea, but their results also seems to suggest the current Vidalia
 0.2.x progress bar UI is insufficient for this purpose by subtext, since
 it was present for their testing.
