The person replied to the trac email, rather than posting an answer. Here
 it is:

 {{{
The link you gave me to show me how to create a new profile on Firefox
 does not
work, even though I tried too many times and waited for a while. It tells
 me:
ERRORThe requested URL could not be retrieved
While trying to retrieve the URL:
 http://kb.mozillazine.org/Creating_a_new_Firefox_profile_on_Windows

 The following error was encountered:

 Connection Failed

 The system returned:
     (110) Connection timed out
The remote host or network may be down. Please try the request again.

Today, I tried to log-in to Yahoo, it showed me the same error, as if my
 email
or password was wrong, then after waiting for a moment, it entered the
 email
 page.
I restored the default settings of HTTPS Everywhere as you advised me,
 nothing
changed from what happened to me in the previous sentence.
But, when I disable the HTTPS Everywhere from the option in the tools menu
 (as I
did in the original post), I log-in immediately, as I explained in the
 original
 post, last week.
