 I cannot use the DownloadThemAll Firefox Add-on when Torbutton is enabled.

 Normally, when DownloadThemAll starts, it pops up a user interface window.
 But when Torbutton is enabled, the interface window doesn't appear.  The
 Firefox Error Console shows the following message: "Torbutton NOTE: NO
 ORIGIN! Blocking request for:  [scrubbed]."  I have seen this reported to
 DownloadThemAll support (not by me), which responded by telling the bug
 reporter to contact Tor.

 DownloadThemAll can pop up the user interface window when Torbutton is
 disabled.  Also, DownloadThemAll can pop up the user interface window when
 Torbutton is enabled if the Torbutton Security Settings have "Isolate
 dynamic content to Tor state (crucial)" unchecked.

 I am running the Tor bundle with Tor Browser FirefixESR 10.0.5, Torbutton
 1.4.6, Vidalia 0.2.19, Tor 0.2.2.37, Qt 4.8.1.
