 We promised a "released version of Tor (including packages) with the sum
 of the work performed on pluggable transports year to date" by September
 30, 2012.

 We'll have to include the following patches in this release:

  - #4567
  - #3589 which is a requirement for #4568

 Please note that there will soon be another ticket similar to this one
 which is about releasing an alpha version with IPv6 enhancements performed
 for sponsor G.  It probably makes sense to make one release containing all
 new sponsor G features.  Once that ticket exists, I'll add a comment
 mentioning its ticket number.

 The timeline is that patches should be ready for review by September 1 and
 that tested packages should exist by September 14.  The external deadline
 is September 30.
