 It would be nice to formalize the contact details of relay and bridge
 descriptors to be able to include the twitter handle of the operator.

 When browsing for the relay on Atlas we could display the twitter stream
 of the bridge operator.

 We could also include support for twitter in Tor Weather to tweet messages
 to operators containing the uptime of their relay, how much bandwidth they
 have pushed, etc.

 This would probably make people more happy of running Tor relay as they
 would also have some sort of way to show it to their social circles.

 I have registered the twitter account @TorRelay if anybody thinks it would
 be of use for this project.
