 Made a writeup of what the BridgeT test should provide:
 https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/wiki/doc/OONI/Tests/BridgeT.

 I believe this is the last test that we need to specify.

 I would like to have feedback from ioerror and isis on this and once that
 is done, we can close this ticket.
