 With Vidalia 0.3, torrc set to c:\program files\tor\tor.torrc

 The following error message occurs in vidalia:
 Jan 30 23:48:57.187 [Warning] Unable to open configuration file
 "C:\Program Files\Tor/C:\Program Files\Tor\tor.torrc".

 It looks like it is trying to prepend the current working directory of
 Vidalia.

 The steps to reproduce the problem are
 1. ensure vidalia has valid settings and then starting it.
 2. Observing the error in the log windows for vidalia.
