 Andrew and I agreed on making "Extend the metrics descriptor library  to
 parse all metrics data formats and prepare it for use in the metrics data
 processor and metrics website" a contract deliverable for June 2012.
 Adding as sponsor Z deliverable, because it's not directly funded.  Aiming
 for March 31, 2012.
