Add new section in GUI for Newly Reported Websites.

Then add a Button to toggle the newly reported sites On/Off in the Dev
 builds.

I have attached a mock-up of how it would look.

This way the community can test new sites and report back on them faster,
 or suggest fixes.

Also new sites can can be merged into Dev branches faster.

This will actively prevent massive backlog of ruleset merging. As new
rules will be tested on the Dev builds.

For example I hours submitting new rulesets to the Git etc, only for it to
be rejected, and then no one bothered to merge them to the branch later,
 and was thus ignored.

On Oct 22, 2011 I asked for the following to be merged:

 https://github.com/vicgarin/vicHTTPS

 or

 git://github.com/vicgarin/vicHTTPS.git

Please see attached mockup (jpg image)
