 I talked to gitorious. We can host torproject.gitorious.org and get users
 setup there as needed. This lets us host everything related to tor in one
 spot, and avoids the ldap overhead for non-core projects. The gitorious
 repos can clone and mirror our official repos for the sake of
 completeness.
