 Are you against an obfsproxy alpha release, or against an obfsproxy alpha
 release which will get packaged into Linux distributions?

 I think I agree that it's too early to package it in Linux distributions.
 Let's leave that for "beta" or even later.
 On the other hand, tagging an alpha release, building a tarball out of it,
 and sending a mail to tor-talk saying 'obfsproxy just hit alpha. check it
 out', should get us more testing.

 If you agree that tagging an alpha release is a good idea, do you think
 that after #3729 is a good time to do it?
