 See branch `bug4012_servertransportplugin` in
 `https://git.gitorious.org/mytor/mytor.git`, for an attempt to document
 `ServerTransportPlugin` and the managed proxy version of
 `ClientTransportPlugin`. It might need some better phrasing.
