 This is implemented now and you should see it for all tickets. The order
 seems a bit wacky to me: needs_revision is now the first option listed
 despite the fact that I pit it after needs_information. I don't see any
 way to change it quickly, how annoying is it? Separately from that, once
 you've confirmed this works how you want it to, feel free to close.
 Otherwise I can fine-tune it some more.
