Comment:

 Note that you can click on the HTTPS Everywhere button in the toolbar, and
 that will give you a noscript-style menu showing (most|all) of the
 rulesets that affected the loading of the current page.  You can click on
 each one to turn it on/off.

 I have opened bug #4886 about a specific improvement we could make to have
 this information be more discoverable to users.

 If you have other specific suggestions about how we could make this UI
 better, please file specific bugs.  In the mean time, I'm going to mark
 this one as invalid.
