Ideally this change would completely remove the name "TorStatus" from the
site, expect where we are specifically talking about the php or django
sites.

I fixed the "Atlas TorStatus" thing. It should be just "Atlas" there.
But I'm not sure what name to use for the project family.
It's not really "Onionoo", because that's just the name of the server and
the protocol. The name wouldn't cover Atlas, mOnionO, and the dozen yet-
to-be-written clients.
We could also say "Status" or "Tor status" or "Network Status" or
something else.
I have no clear preference there. I mostly care about Onionoo. Can you
suggest something that is least confusing to existing and new users?
