 Didn't fix that, yet.

 See r25485.  Please review it, maybe tweak it, and then push the website.
 (Or revert if you don't like it.)

 Only one way to find out.  If it doesn't scale I can try to make it scale
 better or move the Onionoo server to a bigger VM.  And if that doesn't
 help we can always switch back.
