Comment:

 I created the following three resources on the Transifex website. I also
 uploaded the translated files I found in ''src/chrome/locale/'':

  * https://www.transifex.net/projects/p/torproject/resource/3-https-
 everywhere-https-everywhere-dtd/
  * https://www.transifex.net/projects/p/torproject/resource/3-https-
 everywhere-https-everywhere-properties/
  * https://www.transifex.net/projects/p/torproject/resource/3-https-
 everywhere-ssl-observatory-dtd

 Transifex will check https://gitweb.torproject.org/https-
 everywhere.git/tree/HEAD:/src/chrome/locale/en for updates to the .dtd and
 .properties files. New and updated strings will be added automatically.

 I created the following two branches in the ''translation.git''
 repository:

  * https_everywhere
  * https_everywhere_completed

 The ''_completed'' branch will only contain translations that are 100%
 completed.
