 Transifex pulls
 http://svn.torproject.org/svn/translation/trunk/projects/torcheck/po/templates/TorCheck.pot
 every now and then and updates the .po files if there are any new and/or
 updated strings. You don't have to tell it manually, just make sure you
 push your changes to the same file, with the same URL.
