 Running karsten's bug5053 branch (4741aa48) plus 59271d3e ("Reduce
 bridge-stats interval to 1 minute for testing.")

 * w/o GeoIP database, 1 IPv6 connection: "bridge-ips"
 * w/o GeoIP database, 1 IPv4 connection: "bridge-ips"
 * w GeoIP database, 1 IPv6 connection: "bridge-ips ??=8"
 * w GeoIP database, 1 IPv4 connection: "bridge-ips se=8"

 (And se=8 is reasonable given the client IP address.)
