 You have actual users now. I'd suggest doing whatever minor cleanups you
 want people to have this weekend (e.g. #5069), and tagging an 0.0.1 quite
 soon.

 Then you can put out a tarball, people like blueness can start preparing
 packages, and you can take your time on the next round of features,
 including rate limiting, further bugfixes, etc.
