 You've got Tokyo and Singapore. The cheapest option is Virginia, though.
 I'm just going to create an image for each region.

 Last time I checked, the packages required for obfs2 were not available in
 Ubuntu Lucid Lynx. Has this changed? I believe that using obfs2 will also
 require a lot of extra work for the user.
