 https://media.torproject.org is it. There is a difference between tor
 trademarked artwork and community created artwork. We haven't made
 available some of our source files for the artwork to avoid the total
 anarchy of 'official tor or not' questions. If we want total anarchy, I
 can post all of the svg files of the images.
