 In the mean time, and for people who can't or won't add new apt sources
 lines, we should come up with simple instructions for building libevent2
 alongside obfsproxy. I'm picturing something like "git clone
 https://libevent.git, cd libevent, build it like this, then change your
 obfsproxy ./configure line to say --with-foo-dir=libevent".
