Comment(by phobos):

 A) How is this different than torservers, noisetor, formless, and other
 centralized tor relay providers? They seem to host many relays in the same
 location, so even if we trust the humans running the relays, the ISP gets
 to see a large percent of tor traffic as well.

 B) I think if you simply state the costs up front, that's not an issue.
 Many people have more money than sysadmin skills. Has anyone actually
 tried this and seen the costs? Or is this just pontification?
