 Branch bug5000 in my repo (gtpo/sebastian/torbrowser).  Note that, as far
 as I can tell, the only two files we're currently using are build-
 scripts/config/no-polipo-4.0.js for osx and linux and build-
 scripts/config/windows-4.0.js for windows. Ignore the prefs.js and no-
 polipo.js files. With my general TBB cleanup work, I'm looking at
 replacing those.
