 Are you sure you're seeing this with HTTPS Everywhere 3.1?  As far as I
 can tell, the [https://gitweb.torproject.org/https-
 everywhere.git/blob/3.1:/src/chrome/content/rules/Washington-Post-
 Company.xml ruleset in version 3.1] shouldn't affect a page load of the
 Washington Post homepage.

 The story might be [https://gitweb.torproject.org/https-
 everywhere.git/blob/4.0development.4:/src/chrome/content/rules/Washington-
 Post-Company.xml different] for HTTPS Everywhere 4.0development.4, but
 that's working for me over HTTPS.
