 The main relay operators community mailing-list tor-relays at tpo should
 probably be mentioned on <https://www.torproject.org/docs/tor-doc-
 relay.html>. Maybe near the mention of tor-announce at tpo?

 Other mailing-lists that might be worth mentioning: tor-relays-
 universities and tor-relays-fr at lists.riseup.net for french. Maybe there is
 also one in German?
