 The current implementation of SOCKS is not very robust and does not
 support SOCKS authentication.

 For these reasons we should integrate this SOCKS client implementation:
 https://github.com/hellais/txsocksx.

 It's based on the work done by https://github.com/habnabit/txsocksx.
