Comment:

 Hmmm.  It seems to me that the avatars load in Chrome, but not in Firefox,
 and that HTTPS Everywhere isn't causing the difference.  But separately,
 this is a mixed content ruleset that needs to be marked as such.

 Marking (mostly) worksforme.
