can only exit from relays that exist, and there are only a few thousand
 relays currently, not evenly distributed.

Thanks for taking an interest in this arma.I really appreciate it. Another
odd thing happened. I decided to use orbproxy to see if this would solve
my problem. Lo-and- behold it worked. Vidalia was still giving me the most
common error message I've been recieving, that being " All routers are
down or won't exit or are Excluded--choosing a doomed exit at random " but
after about 40 seconds it gave me a New Zealand ip address. After about
two days though, it stopped working again? I know NZ has some tough laws
on Piracy introduced last year I think, I'm wondering if exit nodes that
are being used are now stopped by providers over there? Maybe via laws
introduced by the government? BTW I'm no expert in this area .When I'm
refering to exit nodes what [I] mean is when one adds NZ fingerprints to
the TOR DATA FILE and this allows tor to exit to only ONE of those
fingerprints in the data file.If you go to the Tor Network Status (
blutmagie.de ) there is about 10 New Zealand fingerprints I can access. I
have also used the ( {NZ}, ) option with the same results.
 Thanks again.
