 Sure, that works, too, in the sense that the navigation bar will be more
 useful than it is right now.

 Should we remove the "Trac Ticket #6498" link anyway?  It's rather unclear
 to users why the Compass navigation bar has a link to some Tor ticket.
 Maybe the About page could add that link when it explains where the
 Compass service originates?  Or maybe the link is not that relevant at
 all.  Dunno.
