Comment:

 Right now Vidalia only supports two options for SocksPort: if "Configure
 ControlPort automatically" is checked then "SocksPort auto" is set, else
 "SocksPort 9050" is set. Any values manually set in torrc will remain
 until "Configure ControlPort automatically" is toggled.

 Is there a reason not to allow the user to define the SocksPort value?
