 Yes, I like the idea.

 If we're short on space, we could drop the middle probability column.  (I
 left that one out of Atlas' graphs, too, because it's not as meaningful as
 guard and exit probability.)

 Sathya, what do you think?  The byte value is available in field
 `advertised_bandwidth` along with the percent value in
 `advertised_bandwidth_fraction`.  So, from an implementation POV, this one
 is easy.
