 Tor has been working for several months and suddenly after a 2 week break
 from using it, it stopped working with a message box displaying : "vidalia
 was unable to connect to tor. (connection refused by peer.)" when trying
 to connect.

 I love tor and I use it almost as much as I use the internet.

 Below is the Message Log when trying to connect :
