 To reproduce the issue with out-of-tree builds, get to a clean checkout
 with "git clean -xf", then run autogen.sh, then try an out-of-tree build.
 It fails because there are some generated files that are placed out-of-
 tree when they aren't found, and which then aren't found by the compiler.
