 So, you want https://metrics.torproject.org/network.html#bwhist-flags, but
 with
  - graph title "Advertised bandwidth by relay flags" and
  - two lines "Exit (and maybe Guard)" and "Guard (and maybe Exit)"?

 If so, that sounds doable.
