 The TBB-for-Linux build process uses tardy as part of the fix for #2824.
 There might be other suitable tarball-mutilation tools, or you could
 switch to using one of the libarchive tools (bsdcpio or bsdtar, at least
 one of which can munge user and group IDs) to create the tarball properly
 in the first place.
