 fixing the infrastructure to be able to build translated obfs-tbbs?

 We don't have a set timeline. A rough timeline is basically "whenever
 0.2.4.x becomes the new alpha", since we don't want to add any complexity
 to the current alpha bundles. But I don't know what asn's thoughts are on
 the stability of obfsproxy or whether there's any good reason to avoid
 shipping it integrated with the alpha bundles once that happens. Adding
 him to Cc just in case he has some comments (feel free to remove yourself,
 asn!)
