 No, it will not happen again 10 seconds later.

 What is the problem with a dir auth rejecting a descriptor with what
 it thinks is a cosmetic change when in fact the change is non
 cosmetic? Apart from not picking up the change, of course. Which in
 this case would be pointless since the 0.2.3 dir auths won't care
 about IPv6 OR ports.

 Except Tonga! We need this in 0.2.3 for Tonga. Can we?
