 Instead of "just" TIMBB, we could provide people with a whole private
 communications suite. This would include a customized and patched Pidgin,
 Thunderbird, and Tor Browser, perhaps together, or perhaps as "plugins" to
 some Tor platform.

 Depending on amount, the funding for this could also go towards support of
 some kind of VoIP (see #5700 and #5699).

 Smaller amounts of funding could be use to further prototypes of this idea
 (TorBirdy, patches to Pidgin, patches to FOSS VoIP projects, etc).
